How this kitchen plays

5 tables: customers sit down and wait for the dish to be brought to them.
2 serving windows: walk-up customers order at the counter.
2 sinks: plates come back dirty and someone has to wash them before the next dish goes out.
Serving a dirty plate costs the order — the customer leaves and the team loses points.
Instant noodles, kimchi, shrimp, iced tea and mushrooms only cook while a chef stays at the station, so plan who stands where.
